The security and wellbeing of your people – and ours – are a priority. And that’s why we never compromise on safety. With detailed site inspections, safety planning and CrewSafe certified staff, we plan and deliver optimum quality.

Because we are vigilant when it comes to safety, we place WHS at the forefront of every project scope. We provide a High Risk Work Method Statement (HRWMS), including CAD site drawings, lift plans and (when required) satellite images to confirm crane position and operation plans.

And we equip our fleet of mobile Franna, all-terrain, crawler and city cranes with GPS tracking for real-time visibility plus an iPad allocation system for up-to-date project specifications.

Two Way Cranes is immensely proud of our safety record. And to remain a leader in safe and agile solutions, we make sure all of our construction crane operators and dogger undergo all CrewSafe assessments, including electrical awareness and safe working at heights.

A trusted family business

Frank Zammit founded Two Way Cranes in the year 2000. He had years of experience… and just five cranes. Supported in the business by wife Nichole and a dedicated team, the company has grown to become the NSW leader in material handling and specialist lifting.

Frank was still driving, dogging and allocating when he started Two Way Cranes. And he remains hands-on years later. By staying true to the values we began with, we always deliver safe, certified and superior crane hire solutions for small, complex and bespoke projects.

In recent years, Two Way Cranes acquired two of the biggest names in crane hire – Adairs (in 2018) and Gillespies (in 2019). It brought together three individuals with over 100 years of combined cranes experience. Two Way Cranes is expertly positioned to deliver excellence in flexible construction crane hire, crane operation and material handling.
