Frank Zammit had decades of experience when he started Two Way Cranes in 2010… with just five cranes.
With the purchase of Adairs in 2018 and Gillespie in 2019, Two Way Cranes is now firmly positioned as a tier one crane business.
We’re an expansive fleet of first-class construction cranes and many exceptional CrewSafe certified staff. We deliver superior mobile crane hire and project management for clients of all sizes and all sectors – including civil infrastructure, maritime and mining. And we’ll continue to offer great value solutions for budgets big and small.
The acquisitions of Adairs and Gillespie by Two Way Cranes has brought together three individuals with over 100 years’ combined experience in cranes operation and management: Frank Zammit, Danny Adair and John Gillespie.
Gillespie has been part of the Australian crane landscape since it was founded by John Gillespie’s father in 1950. John joined the firm in 1969 and grew it to become the go-to crane hire company for major infrastructure projects and development.
Two Way Cranes operated as a subcontractor for Adairs and Gillespie for several years prior to the recent deals. So, both Danny and John were confident that the decision to pass the mantle was the right one.
Now with the backing of the two men, Two Way Cranes is expertly positioned to deliver superior and agile solutions in Franna, rough terrain, city and crawler crane hire, crane operation and material handling.
