Co-Owner / Systems Manager
Meet Two Way Cranes’ very own “Mrs Fix It!”
Nichole first started at Two Way Cranes assisting her husband Frank with payroll just one day a week.
Now, more than eight years later, Nichole oversees all operations and systems right across every aspect of this growing and thriving family business.
Not one to be intimidated by large scale projects, Nichole previously managed a fleet of 3,000 vehicles across multiple states before joining the Two Ways Family.
Her calm and pragmatic approach to any challenge gives her the ability to be across all facets of her business, allowing her to do more for her team and the clients.
“I just love coming in and achieving the very best outcome for our clients every single day and being here with the team.
It doesn’t matter whether I’m with the boys in the yard or helping clients on-site… I really don’t see any of it as a job.”
Her team feels more like family than employees to Nichole, and this personal connection to her staff is a big reason that Two Way Cranes is able to make lasting business associations, spanning decades.
“My team and I all do whatever it takes to get the job done right, and that all starts with hiring the right people.
Frank and I have always believed that you need to hire good people first, then invest the time into training each one how to do things the right way… the Two Ways way!”
Nichole is also an advocate for the Supply Nation community, regularly attending gala nights in support of other fellow verified Indigenous businesses.
The big events are great, but Nichole will always feel more at home in the yard with the fleet, in the office with the team, or on-site listening to the needs of new clients.
A devoted mum of two, when Nichole isn’t managing the Two Way Cranes family, she’s managing her own. With two beautiful boys (three including Frank) there is never a dull moment in the Zammit household.
