Frank bought his first crane back on June 30th, 2000. (Yes, he remembers the actual day!)

Now with a fleet of 46 cranes, Frank treats each of his machines with the same tender loving care as he would his children. It’s this passion for his family-run business that has seen Two Way Cranes grow into the industry force that it is today.

“I’m the first to admit I have an obsession with quality and safety. I personally oversee all the cranes in my yard, and you’ll often find me in the driver’s seat on-site, leading the team and maintaining the high standards we demand for our clients.”

The impressive growth of Two Way Cranes has been built on the back of these kinds of quality measures, along with unwavering integrity and, above all, communication. Open and free-flowing communication is the backbone and strength of his team.

“We originally started with just one employee, but now, along with my wife and co-owner Nichole, we manage over 100 staff! Nichole and I take a personal interest in every single member of ‘Team Two Way’ because it’s always been my belief that we’re not a team if we don’t communicate.”

While always looking to grow the business and expand in order to serve new clients, Frank’s focus is – and always will be – continuing to service and exceed the expectations of his existing clientele. For this reason, Frank and Nichole are always available for on-site consultations, to oversee mechanical upgrades, or to work hand in hand to help develop their growing employee base become the very best operators they can be.

“Safety of our clients, work sites and team members is paramount for me. I’ve ensured Two Way Cranes goes above and beyond industry standards by implementing procedures far beyond any legal requirements, including strict hiring practices and random drug tests of all of our staff.”

Whether it be at work, in the kickboxing ring, under the hood of his beloved Ford Capri, or spending quality family time with Nichole and their two children, Frank believes you can’t cut corners when building lasting relationships and achieving exceptional results.
